• Fiber cable installation & maintenance

• Broadband connection setup at customer location

• Router installation & configuration

• Basic fiber splicing & troubleshooting

• Resolve network/connectivity issues

• Ensure timely installation & service support

• Basic knowledge of OFC (Optical Fiber Cable)

• Router & networking basics

• Problem-solving skills

• Customer handling skills

• Field work readiness

• Two-wheeler & valid Driving License mandatory
