Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and active Field Officer to manage recruitment, deployment, and site operations for housekeeping and facility staff. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, handling manpower requirements, maintaining attendance records, conducting site visits, and ensuring smooth day-to-day field operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and selection of housekeeping and facility staff
• Conduct interviews and candidate screenings
• Coordinate manpower deployment at client sites
• Maintain attendance, documentation, and reports
• Conduct regular site visits and handle operational issues
• Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements
• Monitor staff performance and discipline at sites
• Handle joining formalities and employee support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports
• Required Skills:Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Team handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage field operations independently
• Recruitment and manpower handling knowledge
• Time management and follow-up skills
• Documentation and attendance management
• Requirements:Graduate preferred
• Experience in housekeeping/facility management will be preferred
• Must have own vehicle and valid driving license
• Comfortable for field work and site visits
