Job Description
Job Title: Field Recruiter – Biker Hiring
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: 30000 - 35000 (In Hand)
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and hire Delivery Partners (Bike Riders) across Ahmedabad.
- Conduct field recruitment drives and local sourcing activities.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain daily hiring reports and achieve recruitment targets.
- Build relationships with local communities, vendors, and referral networks.
Requirements:
- Graduate/12th Pass with recruitment or field sales experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
- Comfortable with field travel across Ahmedabad.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently.
