Field Sales Executive

A Field Sales Executive drives revenue by selling products/services directly to customers in their location (field), focusing on generating leads, conducting product demos, negotiating deals, and building strong client relationships to meet sales targets, requiring travel, excellent communication, and self-motivation. Key duties include prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, closing sales, and managing accounts within a specific territory, often using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Sales & Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to potential and existing clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Territory Management: Manage a specific geographical area, coordinating orders, deliveries, and customer service.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts and reports to management, track activities, and stay updated on market trends.
