Job Description
A Field Sales Executive (or Outside Sales Representative) is a professional who drives revenue by traveling to meet with prospective and existing customers face-to-face, rather than operating from an office. They are tasked with expanding market reach and closing deals within assigned geographical territories.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect for new clients and explore business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.
- Product Presentation: Conduct live product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate value to customers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle customer objections, finalize contracts, and successfully close sales to achieve or exceed individual and team targets.
Relationship Management: Build long-lasting partnerships with clients through repeated visits and responsive.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports, track progress in Customer Relationship Management and gather on-ground competitor feedback.
