Field Sales Executive

Key Product Focus: Your primary objective is driving the sales of POSTPAID CONNECTIONS . You will be pitching premium postpaid services directly to consumers, managing end-to-end customer onboarding and plan activations. Role Overview & Operations • • Hybrid Profile: Dynamic mix of Store presence and Field Work. Lead Generation: ◦ ◦ 50% Leads: Warm leads provided directly by the company. 50% Leads: Self-generated through local field networking, prospecting, and direct pitches. Compensation & Benefits • • • • Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 NTH (Net Take Home). Guaranteed Payout: Target-oriented role, but targets will not affect your salary. Full base salary is given without any deductions. High Incentives: Uncapped earning potential. (Note: Due to high incentive brackets, no petrol allowance is provided). Statutory Benefits: Includes complete PF and ESIC coverage. Candidate Requirements • • • • • • Education: Graduation in any stream is mandatory. Gender: Only Male candidates required. Age Limit: 20 to 35 years. Mobility: Bike and valid Driving License are mandatory. Work Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:30 / 8:00 PM. Time Off: 1 Week-off.
