DigitingMedia is looking for an experienced Telecaller who has worked in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with business owners, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.
*Roles & Responsibilities*
Call potential business clients and introduce DigitingMedia's digital marketing services.
Generate qualified leads through outbound calling.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates.
Understand client requirements and explain services like:
Social Media Marketing
Google My Business (GMB)
SEO
Meta Ads
Website Development
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Build and maintain positive client relationships.
*Requirements*
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller in a Digital Marketing Agency.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
