We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with strong experience in construction chemicals, building materials, ceramic or related industries. The ideal candidate should have existing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and dealers and must be comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and business development.

The role requires developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships within the builder and construction ecosystem, and driving product sales in the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and dealers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
• Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, dealers, and project offices.
• Promote company products including construction chemicals, adhesives, waterproofing solutions, or building materials.
• Track upcoming construction projects and builder requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical understanding to clients where required.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates to management.
• Required Candidate Profile2–5 years of field sales experience in:

• Building Materials
• Ceramic / Tiles
• Waterproofing Products
• Adhesives / Sealants
• Strong network in builder lobby, contractors, architects, and construction companies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Preferred SkillsExisting contacts in real estate developers and construction companies
• Knowledge of construction materials and site applications
• Strong relationship-building ability
• Sales closing and client conversion skills

EducationBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives
