Shivshakti Metal is a fast-growing Ahmedabad-based company engaged in welding material trading and in-house manufacturing (TIG/MIG wires, welding consumables, machines, and allied products). We serve industrial, fabrication, OEM, and project clients across Gujarat.

🎯 Job Purpose

To generate new business, manage existing customers, and increase market penetration by regular field visits, product promotion, order collection, and relationship management with industrial clients.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🏃 Field Sales & Business Development

• Conduct daily field visits to industrial customers, fabricators, workshops, and dealers
• Identify new customers and develop new sales opportunities
• Promote welding consumables, wires, machines, and in-house manufactured products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🤝 Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
• Handle basic price negotiation and follow up on orders

📦 Order & Collection Management

• Generate sales orders and coordinate with office / dispatch team
• Follow up for timely payment collection
• Ensure proper communication regarding delivery schedules

📊 Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors, and demand trends
• Submit daily visit reports, enquiry status, and sales updates
• Support management with customer and market insights

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce / Marketing preferred)
• 1–5 years experience in field sales (industrial / hardware / welding preferred)

🧠 Skills Required

• Good communication & convincing skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Basic knowledge of industrial products (welding knowledge is an advantage)
• Familiarity with Ahmedabad industrial areas
• Basic WhatsApp, calling, and reporting discipline

🚗 Other Requirements

• Two-wheeler compulsory
• Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory
• Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented attitude
