Field Service Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer with strong skills and knowledge on Electrical Design & Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical design, industrial automation, troubleshooting, and manufacturing support. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to provide effective industrial solutions in manufacturing and breakdown situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electrical diagrams and schematics using AutoCAD.
• Design PCB layouts, electrical circuits, and control panels for industrial machines and systems.
• Work with and support industrial automation systems including:
• Servo Motors & Servo Drives
• PLC Hardware
• HMI Hardware
• CNC Machines
• Electrical Panels
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical spare parts and resolve machine breakdown issues.
• Provide technical and industrial solutions during manufacturing operations and emergency breakdown conditions.
• Design, develop, and improve electrical products and systems for better performance and reliability.
• Coordinate with production, testing, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of industrial equipment.
• Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and reports.
• Travel nationally and internationally for project execution, installation, troubleshooting, and customer support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Engineering degree or relevant. Hands-on experience in electrical design and industrial automation.

Strong knowledge of:

• Electrical panel design
• PCB designing
• PLCs, HMIs, Servo Systems, and CNC controls
• Industrial electrical systems and machine wiring
• Basic understanding of VLSI concepts is preferred.
• Good mechanical knowledge related to industrial products and machinery.
• Experience in manufacturing, machine testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Experience

• 3-5 Years of min. experience
• Experience in machine manufacturing or industrial automation industry.
• Familiarity with industrial standards and safety practices.
• Exposure to commissioning and onsite customer support.
