Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in the field of Rolling Stock in a new cutting-edge environment. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless material and logistics support to WI teams, managing field modifications, and driving warranty KPIs to meet contractual timelines. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality, T&C, Sourcing, Troubleshooting team, Engineering, RAMS, and others), liaise with customer depot management, and oversee warranty implementation activities, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of managing warranty stock and repair loops, and ensuring compliance with warranty timelines, but also contribute to reliability growth and process optimization.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the setup of customer depots during the mobilization phase (tools, stock, spares, etc.).

  • Managing consignment and warranty stock over the project lifecycle.

  • Optimizing warranty spares repair loops and logistics costs.

  • Supporting field modification implementation with materials, tools, and documentation.

  • Conducting root cause analysis and engineering change suggestions to enhance reliability.

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure warranty goals are met.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (B. Tech or equivalent).

  • Technical knowledge in the field of Rolling Stock.

  • 10-15 years of experience in IR/Locomotive or Metro domains.

  • General railway and product knowledge.

  • Familiarity with EHS standards and practices.

  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.

  • Ability to take initiatives and make informed decisions.

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our dynamic and inclusive working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards leadership roles or other career paths aligned with your aspirations

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
