Job Description
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Front Desk Executive Cum Telecaller who will be the first point of contact for our clients. The role involves handling front office operations along with managing inbound and outbound calls for lead generation and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients professionally
- Maintain visitor records and appointment scheduling
- Handle office coordination and basic administrative tasks
- Ensure reception area is well-maintained and presentable
Telecalling Duties:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients (leads provided)
- Handle inbound inquiries related to study visas, PR, and immigration services
- Explain services clearly and fix appointments for counselling
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain call records
- Maintain CRM data and update lead status regularly
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any field)
- 1–3 years experience in front desk / telecalling / customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling)
- Presentable personality with good interpersonal skills
