Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and creative Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting, coloring, and styling hair, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You’ll help clients feel confident and satisfied with their personal style.
- Key Responsibilities:Welcome clients and understand their preferences and styling needs.
- Cut, trim, and style hair according to client requests or current trends.
- Perform hair coloring, bleaching, and highlighting using safe techniques.
- Offer advice on hair care, products, and suitable hairstyles.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in hair styling and hair care.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon and all tools.
- Recommend and sell salon products and services.
- Manage bookings and maintain client records when needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and offering adjustments if required.
