Job Description

Job Title: Salon ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of beauty treatments related to hair, skin, and nails, hands-on experience in salon management, and a solid understanding of professional beauty products.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate salon staff
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of hair, skin, and nail services
  • Maintain excellent customer service and handle client concerns professionally
  • Monitor inventory and ensure proper use and stocking of beauty products
  • Advise clients on suitable beauty treatments and products
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and salon standards at all times
  • Handle billing, cash management, and basic administrative tasks
  • Drive sales, promotions, and customer retention initiatives
