Job Purpose: Lead - FMC is responsible for managing the financial operations of the Data Centers business in India. This role focuses on strategic financial management, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Lead - FMC will lead the finance team, drive cost optimization, and support business growth while upholding the organization's values of integrity and excellence.
Financial Management:
Oversee and direct the financial accounting and reporting functions for the Data Centers business in India, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial standards.
Financial Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and plans that align with the business objectives, aiming to enhance profitability and support sustainable growth.
Budget Management:
Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparing detailed financial projections and analyses to guide decision-making and track performance against targets.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, driving best practices in financial management and mitigating risks related to regulatory issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and regulatory authorities, to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Business Initiatives:
Contribute to key business initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital investment projects by providing financial expertise and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Industry Trends:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and financial best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain excellence in financial management.
Brand Positioning:
Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
Team Development:
Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Education Qualification:
Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Professional certification such as CMA.
Work Experience:
12-15 years of experience in finance and accounting
Proven track record of working in the Data Centers industry
Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations and strategic planning
