Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Refill snacks, beverages, and juice vending machines as per assigned route/schedule
- Ensure machines are fully stocked and avoid stock-outs
- Check product expiry and follow FIFO (First In First Out) method
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of vending machines
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical issues
- Coordinate with warehouse/team for stock replenishment
- Visit multiple locations daily as per route plan
- Ensure proper display and placement of products
- Skills & Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Experience in field work, delivery, or vending operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Physically fit for loading/unloading products
- Ability to travel locally (two-wheeler preferred)
- Basic mobile/phone usage for reporting
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic mechanical understanding (for minor issues)
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Zero stock-out in machines
- Machine uptime & functionality
- Inventory accuracy
- Cleanliness & presentation
- Timely reporting and route completion
- Additional Requirements:Valid driving license (preferred)
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations
- Ability to work independently
