Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle and manage home loan leads provided by the company
  • Coordinate with customers for required loan documentation
  • Verify and collect KYC, income, property, and banking documents
  • Prepare loan files and maintain proper documentation records
  • Follow up with bankers and financial institutions for case processing
  • Coordinate from loan application stage till final disbursement
  • Update customers regarding loan status and pending requirements
  • Ensure timely submission and smooth processing of loan files
  • Maintain good relationships with banks, DSAs, and customers
