Job OverviewWe are a premier B2B jewelry exhibition organizing company looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and relationship-driven Hosted Buyer Program Coordinator.

The Hosted Buyer Program is our flagship initiative designed to invite top-tier jewelry retailers to our exhibitions. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to connect with premium jewelry retail owners, present our exclusive VIP hospitality package (including complimentary luxury hotel stays, dedicated transport/pick-up services, and networking access), and secure their attendance at our upcoming shows.

If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for luxury hospitality, and experience in client relationship management, we want you on our team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach & Invitation: Actively reach out to targeted top-tier jewelry retailers across regions via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to invite them to the exhibition.
• Program Promotion: Clearly pitch the benefits of the Hosted Buyer Program, highlighting the VIP hospitality services (free hotel stay, local transit/pickups, exclusive lounge access, etc.).
• Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for invited VIP buyers, handling their queries and building long-term professional relationships.
• Data & Verification: Maintain an accurate database of interested buyers, verify their credentials to ensure they qualify as genuine top retailers, and update their registration status.
• Coordination: Work closely with the internal hospitality and operations teams to seamlessly arrange accommodation and transport logistics for confirmed buyers.
• On-site Support: Assist and welcome the hosted buyers during the exhibition days, ensuring they receive high-quality service and a smooth experience.
