Job Description

पद का नाम: हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ (ऑफिस)कार्य का संक्षिप्त विवरण:ऑफिस परिसर की साफ-सफाई, स्वच्छता और व्यवस्था बनाए रखना ताकि कर्मचारियों और आगंतुकों के लिए एक सुरक्षित और साफ वातावरण सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:1. सफाई एवं रख-रखाव

  • फर्श की झाड़ू, पोछा और वैक्यूम करना
  • फर्नीचर, डेस्क, खिड़कियों और उपकरणों की धूल साफ करना
  • वॉशरूम, पैंट्री और कॉमन एरिया की सफाई और सैनिटाइजेशन
  • कूड़ेदान खाली करना और कचरे का सही निपटान

2. स्वच्छता एवं सैनिटाइजेशन

  • दरवाजों के हैंडल, स्विच, डेस्क जैसी अधिक उपयोग वाली सतहों की नियमित सफाई
  • साबुन, टिश्यू पेपर और सैनिटाइजर जैसी आवश्यक चीजों की पूर्ति करना

3. पैंट्री कार्य (यदि आवश्यक हो)

  • कर्मचारियों और मेहमानों के लिए चाय/कॉफी बनाना और सर्व करना
  • पैंट्री/किचन की सफाई बनाए रखना
  • बर्तनों की सफाई और पैंट्री सामग्री का प्रबंधन

4. ऑफिस की देखभाल

  • मीटिंग रूम को उपयोग से पहले और बाद में व्यवस्थित करना
  • किसी भी खराबी (जैसे लीकेज, टूट-फूट) की सूचना देना
  • सफाई सामग्री का सही उपयोग और सुरक्षित रख-रखाव
  • आवश्यक कौशल और योग्यताएं:सफाई के तरीकों और सामग्री का सामान्य ज्ञान
  • शारीरिक रूप से सक्षम और मेहनती
  • समय प्रबंधन और बारीकी से काम करने की क्षमता
  • विनम्र व्यवहार और जिम्मेदारी
  • पूर्व अनुभव वांछनीय (अनिवार्य नहीं)
  • कार्य की शर्तें:फुल-टाइम कार्य; सुबह या शाम की शिफ्ट हो सकती है
  • इनडोर ऑफिस वातावरण
  • रिपोर्टिंग:ऑफिस मैनेजर / एडमिन सुपरवाइजर
