Job Description

Handling employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination

Maintaining employee files and HR documents

Assisting in recruitment process, interview scheduling, and joining formalities

Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents

Managing employee onboarding and induction process

Coordinating with employees for PF, ESIC, PT, and compliance-related work

Handling office administration activities and vendor coordination

Maintaining office supplies, stationery, and housekeeping management

Supporting management in daily administrative operations

Preparing MIS reports, salary records, and employee databases

Coordinating employee engagement activities and staff communication

Handling travel arrangements, courier management, and office maintenance

Ensuring proper documentation and filing system

Assisting in performance evaluation and employee grievance handling

Managing HR software/data entry and maintaining confidentiality of records
