Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters and appointment letters.
• Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with a positive and professional attitude.
