🎯 Role Summary
We are looking for a People & Performance Executive who will not just hire employees, but actively improve team productivity, monitor performance, and build systems that support business growth.
This role is high ownership and directly impacts sales performance and operational efficiency.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
1. 🚀 Hiring & Talent Pipeline
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments
- Maintain continuous pipeline of candidates (backup ready for each role)
- Conduct interviews and coordinate joining process
- Reduce hiring turnaround time
2. 📈 Team Performance Management (Core Role)
- Track KPIs for sales, telecalling, and showroom staff
- Identify low performers and improvement areas
- Prepare weekly performance reports for management
- Ensure continuous improvement in team productivity
3. 🎯 Training & Development
- Conduct regular training sessions (communication, sales handling, product basics)
- Create simple training materials and SOPs
- Improve quality of WhatsApp replies, calls, and customer interaction
4. 📞 Lead Quality & Sales Audit
- Audit WhatsApp chats and call recordings daily
- Identify missed opportunities and poor handling
- Provide feedback and retrain employees
- Improve response time and conversion quality
5. 🧩 SOP & Process Building
- Develop and implement systems for:
- Lead handling
- Customer interaction
- Follow-up process
- Ensure consistency across all departments
6. 🔁 Employee Engagement & Retention
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees
- Identify and resolve workplace issues
- Reduce employee turnover
- Maintain positive work environment
7. ⚖️ Discipline & Culture
- Ensure punctuality and adherence to company policies
- Maintain professional behavior across teams
- Support a performance-driven culture

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Graduate (any field)
- 0–2 years experience in HR / operations (freshers with strong mindset can apply)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and take ownership

⏰ Working Details
- Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
- Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
💰 Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on capability)
