HR Manager

●     Independently design, develop, and implement all HR policies, processes, and SOPs from scratch, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & leave, code of conduct, performance management, and exit formalities

●     Build and roll out the complete HR framework for the organisation — HR manual, employee handbook, organisation structure, and job descriptions for all roles

●     Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for all departments — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding

●     Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Factories Act, and other applicable labour laws

●     Design and implement a Performance Management System (PMS) — KRAs/KPIs, appraisal cycles, and increment/promotion recommendations

●     Drive training & development, skill-building, and employee engagement initiatives across the plant/office

●     Oversee payroll inputs, attendance & leave management, and coordinate with accounts for accurate and timely salary disbursement

●     Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution fairly and within defined timelines

●     Manage industrial relations and liaise with government/labour authorities and consultants as required

●     Set up manpower planning, career progression frameworks, and succession planning processes

●     Champion workplace safety, discipline, and a positive organisational culture on the shop floor and office

●     Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics to management for data-driven decision-making

●     Ensure timely renewal of statutory licenses, registers, and compliance-related documentation
