- Key Responsibilities
- Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, references, and social media.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and department heads.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Employee Retention & Attrition ManagementAnalyze employee attrition trends and suggest retention strategies.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and engagement discussions.
- Work on initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking.
- Coordinate with department managers for employee performance reviews.
- Maintain performance records and improvement plans.
- HR Operations & DocumentationMaintain
- employee records, HR files, and confidential documentation.
- Handle joining formalities, appointment letters, confirmations, and policy documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports including attendance, recruitment, attrition, and employee data.
- Generate monthly HR reports for management review.
- Maintain HR databases accurately.
- Employee EngagementOrganize
- employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Promote positive employee relations and team bonding activities.
- Training & DevelopmentIdentify
- training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
- Maintain training records and feedback reports.
- Support employee skill development initiatives.
- Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
- Manage full and final settlement coordination.
- Ensure smooth employee exit process and documentation.
- New Initiatives for CompanySuggest and implement
- new HR initiatives to improve productivity and employee experience.
- Participate in policy improvements and organizational development activities.
- Attendance & Discipline ManagementMonitor employee attendance, leave records, and punctuality.
- Handle disciplinary matters as per company policy.
- Ensure workplace discipline and compliance.
- Finance Report VerificationCheck
- verify finance reports thoroughly for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with finance department for required HR-related financial data and documentation.
- Continuous Learning & DevelopmentStay updated with latest HR practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
- Participate in professional learning and development activities.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMIS software
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
