Job Description

Recruitment

• Understand hiring requirements & JD from the Jignesh Sir.

• Source and screen resumes from various recruitment platforms and media.

• Search and shortlist suitable candidates from all received applications.

• Share shortlisted candidate resumes with Jignesh Sir for final review and approval.

• Conduct initial screening calls and preliminary interviews with candidates.

• Coordinate with shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews.

• Send interview invitation messages to all scheduled candidates.

• Greet candidates arriving for interviews and guide them in filling out the Pre-Interview Form.

• Send thank-you messages to all candidates who attend the interview.

• Provide interview status updates to candidates as per the interview outcome.

• Maintain hard copies of all Pre-Interview Forms along with candidate resumes as per the company filing system.

  • Update Recruitment MIS and Candidate Database regularly.
