Main ResponsibilityWe are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to oversee our daily HR operations, manage candidate recruitment pipelines, and support employee engagement. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and assist in building a positive workplace culture.

• Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various open positions.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing the complete documentation process for new hires and conducting smooth exit formalities.
• Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances, resolving workplace issues, and fostering a healthy work environment.
• Attendance & Payroll Support: Maintaining accurate employee attendance records, managing leaves, and assisting the finance team with monthly payroll processing.
• Performance Management: Coordinating annual or quarterly employee performance appraisal reviews.
• HR Compliance: Ensuring company policies align with local labor laws and maintaining updated employee databases.
