Job Title: HR Manager – Retail Operations (Kids Wear Brand)

Experience Required: 4–8 Years (Retail experience preferred)

About Us:

We are a fast-growing kids wear retail brand with 30+ stores across Gujarat. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic HR Manager to streamline and strengthen our people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for store staff, managers, and back-office roles
• Handle employee onboarding, training, and induction programs
• Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs across all stores
• Monitor attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
• Manage employee engagement and retention strategies
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues
• Coordinate with store managers for manpower planning and performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Build a strong HR system and reporting structure for multi-location operations

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in retail HR management (multi-store preferred)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools
