International Voice Process Agent

Proactively identify, source, and engage healthcare candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements and organizational needs.

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to create a strong talent pipeline.

• Post job openings, manage job descriptions, and ensure that the hiring process runs smoothly.

• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing requirements.

• Provide expert advice on market trends, salary expectations, and candidate availability within the healthcare industry.

• Regularly update clients on recruitment progress and candidate status.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer.

• Provide candidates with relevant information on roles, the company, and the work environment to promote long-term interest.

• Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards.

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Oversee background checks, credentialing, and other required documentation for healthcare professionals.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and job fairs to network and build relationships with potential candidates and clients.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and recruitment best practices.
