Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 2–4 years of relevant experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and participate in SAP FI implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

· Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

· Configure SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.

· Manage key components such as:

o General Ledger (GL)

o Accounts Payable (AP)

o Accounts Receivable (AR)

o Asset Accounting (AA)

o Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

o Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

· Handle integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.

· Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

· Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW).

· Conduct user training and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Mandatory skill sets:

· 2–4 years of experience in SAP FI consulting.

· At least 1–2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.

· Strong knowledge of FI and CO configurations.

· Experience with S/4HANA Finance is preferred.

· Good understanding of business processes in finance and controlling.

· Experience in integration with other SAP modules.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

· SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance.

· Experience in consulting or Big 4 environment.

· Strong client-facing and presentation skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· Leadership and mentoring capabilities
