Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Researching and cold-calling potential customers to build a, robust pipeline.
  • Sales Execution: Engaging with prospects to understand needs, providing solutions, and closing sales.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Relationship Management: Following up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, drive retention, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding personal and team sales quotas. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and video tools.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven experience in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, energetic, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. 

Typical Educational/Experience Background

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is generally preferred.
