Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive who can handle online inquiries, understand customer requirements, provide product recommendations, prepare quotations, conduct regular follow-ups, and convert leads into sales.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, Facebook, website inquiries, and other online channels.
This role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, follow-up discipline, and a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Handle inquiries received through:
- Phone Calls
- Website
- Google Business Profile
- Online Marketplaces
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Qualify leads and identify serious buyers.
- Maintain proper records of all customer interactions.
Sales Conversion
- Follow up with customers on a regular basis.
- Build trust and relationships with potential buyers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Explain product features, benefits, and applications.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Quotation & Proposal Management
- Prepare and send quotations.
- Coordinate pricing approvals when required.
- Follow up on pending quotations.
- Track quotation status until closure.
- Maintain records of quotations issued.
Customer Consultation
Understand customer requirements for:
- Restaurants
- Cafes
- Hotels
- Cloud Kitchens
- Food Courts
- Fast Food Outlets
- Tea Shops
- Juice Centres
- Bakeries
- Catering Businesses
- Industrial Canteens
Guide customers regarding:
- Equipment Selection
- Layout Planning
- Product Combinations

CRM & Software Management
- Update lead status regularly.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Record follow-up activities.
- Track inquiry progress.
- Generate reports when required.
Coordination
Coordinate with:
- Showroom Sales Team
- Dispatch Department
- Accounts Department
- Purchase Department
- Management
to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
