Job Description – Sales Executive (Inside Sales) Position Sales Executive – Inside Sales Industry Cosmetic Industry Location Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Qualification Any Graduate Experience 1+ Years (Freshers are also welcome) Salary Best in the industry (Based on interview performance and experience) Roles & Responsibilities: • Handle inside sales activities for cosmetic and beauty products. • Conduct cold calling and follow-ups with potential clients/customers. • Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and online platforms to generate sales. • Draft professional emails and maintain strong customer relationships. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cosmetic products/services. • Maintain customer data, sales reports, and follow-up records using Excel and Word. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Required Skills: • Good communication skills in English. • Strong cold calling and convincing skills. • Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. • Professional email drafting skills. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment. • Interest in cosmetics, beauty, and skincare industry will be an added advantage.
