Job Description
- 🎯 Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Architect:Develop architectural designs from concept to execution.
- Prepare and present design proposals and working drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants on project development.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
- As an Interior Designer:Create and develop interior design concepts based on client needs and space usage.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
- Communicate design ideas effectively through sketches, layouts, and visualizations.
- Oversee interior fit-outs, sourcing, and vendor coordination.
