Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a  Furniture Work Site Supervisore to join our team at Vella Modular Culture LLP to design and execute functional, aesthetic . The role involves planning and execute layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with Carpenter,civil workers ,vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹35000 and opportunities to work on creative installe projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations of the Site
• Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
• To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others
• Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
• Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries
• Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects
• Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
• Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, and have a strong knowledge of Site cordination.
