Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
- Resolve customer queries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Maintain customer records and update system details
- Follow company communication and process guidelines
- Ensure high customer satisfaction during calls
Requirements :-
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
Preferred Skills :-
- Neutral accent and clear pronunciation
- Customer handling skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork
