Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Debt Caller / Collection Executive to manage overdue accounts and recover outstanding payments through professional telephonic communication.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with customers through calls and maintain collection records.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlement options as per company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
- Update customer interaction details in the system.
- Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- EligibilityDRA Certified candidates preferred (Non-DRA candidates can also apply).
- Minimum 10th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in debt collection, telecalling, banking, NBFC, or financial services will be an added advantage.
