About the Role: Nilang Wires & Cable is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell wires, cables, and related electrical products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, visiting dealers, contractors, builders, electricians, and industries, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities Generate sales leads and convert them into customers.
• Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, electrical contractors, builders, and industrial clients.
• Promote Nilang Wires & Cable products and explain product features, quality, and pricing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities in assigned areas.
• Collect market feedback about competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and follow-up updates.
• Coordinate with office, dispatch, and accounts teams for order processing and payment follow-up.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Support branding and promotional activities in the market.
• Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong selling and customer-handling ability.
• Basic knowledge of wires, cables, electrical products, or building materials is preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly in the assigned area.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good relationship-building skills with dealers and customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email, and Excel.
• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• MBA or sales/marketing qualification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in electrical, wires & cables, hardware, construction material, or FMCG sales is preferred.
