Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement data integration strategies to merge data from diverse sources. 
2. Create and maintain data transformation and integration pipelines. 
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to gather project-related data from various sources. 
4. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry standards.
5. Establish and maintain data management processes, standards, and best practices. 
6. Oversee data quality assurance and data cleansing efforts.
7. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project data. 
8. Assist in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and integration.
10. Develop relationships with PMC and EPCM contractors for work practices. 
11. Work on Change Management, to ensure representation and coordination of projects throughout the change and release process. 
12. Continuously drive excellence in the areas of optimizing services and work processes, improving quality and reliability and lowering total costs. 
13. Provide technical direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance for bug fixes and enhancements related to the Hexagon SmartPlant Foundation and Engineering suite of applications (S3D, SPID, SEL, SPID) and its interfaces
14. Able to work on Database backup, restoration & Database upgrade and hands on with Integration of SPPID, SPEL, SPI and SP3D tools with SPF. 
15. Setup and management of projects within SmartPlant Foundation including SPF Administration, setup, archive, and replication. 
16. Schema modelling and mapping in SPF like Authoring schema, published schema, CDW Schema, graph def, View def, Adapter Tool Map schema and merging of CMF with Integration schema. 
17. Lead and Plan the development of SPF Project Implementation. 
18. Develop and maintain training documentation. 
19. Participate in New Release Testing and report testing result to S/W vendor (Hexagon) as needed – expedite solutions. 
20. Liaise with software vendor for issue reporting and resolution

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering ▪
2. 10+ years’ experience in Data Management and Integration, preferably in integrated environment across E P & C applications. 
3. Strong understanding of engineering data management principles. 
4. Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data migration techniques. 
5. Experience of project execution in a multi-contractor site workshare environment. 
6. Experience in Business Intelligence reporting. 
7. 5+ years custom software development experience including full development lifecycle 
8. Experience with Oracle background application server, C# and Excel a strong plus 
9. Experience using and customizing API. 
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
