Role Overview

We are looking for a clear communicator and logical thinker to join us as a Business Analyst. Your main job is to understand what the business needs and explain those needs clearly to our software development team so we can build the right solutions.

What You Will Do

• Understand Needs: Talk to stakeholders to figure out exactly what problems need to be solved.
• Write Requirements: Create clear, simple documents that tell the developers exactly what to build.
• Connect Teams: Act as the bridge between the business side and the technical team.
• Test Solutions: Check the finished software to make sure it does what it is supposed to do.
• Document: Keep track of project updates, process flows, and user manuals.

What You Need

• Education: A degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Communication: Excellent speaking and writing skills. You need to be able to explain technical things simply.
• Problem-Solving: A logical mind that enjoys figuring out how things work and how to make them better.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with developers, testers, and management.
