Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Audit Executive to strengthen

our internal control and inventory governance processes. The role involves

conducting systematic audits, ensuring stock accuracy, identifying operational gaps,

and supporting management with data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in warehouse operations and

inventory reconciliation, with the ability to independently manage audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct periodic physical stock audits (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).

 Perform SKU-wise reconciliation between physical and system inventory.

 Identify, investigate, and report stock discrepancies and process deviations.

 Ensure adherence to SOPs and internal control procedures.

 Prepare structured audit reports with variance analysis and recommendations.

 Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to resolve audit

observations.

 Maintain accurate audit documentation and compliance records.

Mandatory Requirements

 Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Inventory / Warehouse Audit.

 Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation and variance analysis.

 Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP mandatory).

 Ability to handle independent audits without supervision.

 Strong attention to detail and high accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

 Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.

 Experience in E-commerce / FMCG / Distribution environment.

 Familiarity with WMS / ERP systems.
