Stakeholder Engagement -

• Facilitate implementation of various investor engagement initiatives like earnings calls, conferences, non-deal roadshows and one on one meetings with equity and fixed income investors as well as sell side analysts
• To analyze investor profiles prior to the engagements and to summarize investor discussions post the engagements
• To work on investor targeting by analysis existing shareholder database, peer holding analysis, past interactions and other relevant sources

Investor Presentations and Financial analysis

• To prepare well designed investor presentations in line with utmost data accuracy
• To work with various business teams to collect and interpret data to bring out intelligent analysis
• To prepare and keep an updated valuation model of the company
• To carry out financial analysis of global peers

MIS -

• Preparing MIS and reports based on MIS on Monthly, quarterly, half year and annual updates for the respective BU’s within adherence to timelines

• MBA (Finance) / CA
• 2-5 years of experience in relevant domain
• Strong finance fundamentals and in-depth understanding of financial modeling
• Good understanding of financial markets and intermediaries
• Strong exposure and excellent skills in presentation and excel
• Prior experience in working with external databases like Bloomberg will be appreciated
• Ability to perform under competitive environment and tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills
