Job TitleTech Support Executive
Job SummaryWe are looking for a Tech Support Executive responsible for installation, setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV cameras, security systems, electrical wiring, and AV equipment. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle onsite installations and customer support.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSetup and installation of CCTV cameras and security systems
- Configure DVR/NVR systems and networking devices
- Perform electrical wiring for lighting control and automation modules
- Install and maintain AV equipment and smart devices
- Troubleshoot technical and connectivity issues
- Conduct routine maintenance and system testing
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients
- Ensure proper cable management and safety standards
- Prepare installation and service reports
- Required SkillsKnowledge of CCTV installation and networking
- Basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with automation systems and AV equipment
- Understanding of routers, IP cameras, DVR/NVR configuration
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite and travel if required
