Exceledge Placements is looking for an IT Analyst who can evaluate candidates’ technical profiles, analyze resumes, and support technology-specific project development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze candidates’ resumes and verify whether their skills, experience, projects, and technical stack align with the targeted technology.

* Identify technical gaps, inconsistencies, missing skills, and areas for improvement.

* Evaluate the technical relevance and overall strength of each resume.

* Build and customize industry-relevant projects based on the candidate’s technology and experience.

* Ensure that the projects and technical information mentioned in the resume are accurate, relevant, and interview-ready.

* Coordinate with resume writers, technical mentors, and training coordinators to improve candidate profiles.

* Stay updated with current market requirements, technologies, and hiring trends.

Required Technical Knowledge:

* Data Analyst (DA)

* Data Scientist (DS)

* Data Engineer (DE)

* Software Development Engineer (SDE)

* Financial Analyst (FA)

* Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python, Java, cloud technologies, databases, and relevant analytical tools

* Understanding of project architecture, workflows, business use cases, and technical documentation

Required Skills:

* Strong resume analysis and technical evaluation skills

* Ability to determine whether a candidate’s profile is technically aligned with the targeted role

* Good understanding of end-to-end project development

* Strong research, communication, and documentation skills

* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to manage multiple profiles and meet deadlines
