JD 1: Junior Travel Sales Executive – Outbound Travel
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: Travel & Tourism | Outbound Holidays | International Travel
- Job Description: Handle inbound travel inquiries for international holiday packages.
- Sell FIT and group tour packages for outbound destinations.
- Assist in creating customized itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and support senior consultants in closing sales.
- Coordinate with operations, visa, and ticketing teams.
- Maintain client data, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Provide pre- and post-travel customer support.
- Destination Knowledge: Basic to good knowledge of Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Dubai & Europe.

- Job Description: Handle end-to-end sales of international holiday packages.
- Convert high-quality leads into confirmed bookings.
- Design and sell customized FIT, honeymoon, family & group tours.
- Independently prepare detailed itineraries and costings.
- Manage own client base / existing clientele and generate repeat business.
- Upsell visas, insurance, sightseeing, cruises, and hotel upgrades.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and internal operations teams.
- Achieve monthly revenue and passenger targets.
- Guide and support junior travel sales executives.
- Destination Expertise Required: Strong expertise in Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Dubai & Europe.
- Excellent understanding of hotels, sightseeing, visa processes, and seasonal pricing.
