Lead Consultant

We are looking for a Lead Consultant who can work directly with MSME founders and leadership teams to diagnose commercial challenges, design solutions, and drive measurable implementation across sales and growth functions. This is not a desk-based advisory role — you will be on the ground at client organizations, leading workshops, building systems, and ensuring outcomes are delivered and sustained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Implementation •

Lead end-to-end implementation of sales pipeline, CRM, and lead management systems .

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify sales and marketing gaps and opportunities.

• Design and implement sales SOPs, dashboards, and performance review mechanisms.

• Ensure recommendations are actually executed — not just presented.

Business & Growth Systems

• Develop and implement lead generation strategy across multiple channels (referrals, digital, directories, trade shows, cold outreach). • Track and report Target vs. Achievement performance for client sales teams. • Expand and manage distributor/dealer/channel networks on behalf of clients.

HR & Operations Support

• Advise clients on basic HR structuring — reporting lines, hiring processes, KRAs, and SOPs, given most MSMEs lack a dedicated HR function.

• Build accountability mechanisms and simple performance frameworks for client teams.

• Review client P&L to ensure sales growth translates into sustainable profit.

Client Management

• Conduct client interviews, workshops, and regular review meetings.

• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and project trackers.

• Build strong relationships with founders, CEOs, and department heads.

• Manage resistance to change and influence decisions at the leadership level.
