We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic USA Staffing Recruiter (Sales) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and connect with candidates for US-based job opportunities.
Guide F-1 students on career pathways, including OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Understand hiring requirements and match candidates with suitable roles.
Meet recruitment and sales targets.
Requirements:
Knowledge of the US staffing industry.
Good understanding of F-1 Visa, OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Experience in US recruitment or sales is preferred.
