Job Description

Role Overview: Leads the showroom sales team to achieve vehicle sales targets, maximize gross profit, and ensure high customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate the sales consultant team; track daily performance.
  • Sales Execution: Assist consultants on the floor to negotiate terms and close deals.
  • Inventory Control: Manage vehicle stock levels, showroom merchandising, and online listings.
  • Customer Experience: Resolve customer issues and ensure high delivery standards.



Requirements

  • 5+ years in automotive dealership sales, with supervisory experience.
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and CRM skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean record.
