Lead - Corporate Communication

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's objectives and enhance its reputation.

· Lead the corporate communications team in executing PR campaigns, media relations, and internal communications initiatives.

· Manage external communication activities, including press releases, media inquiries, and public announcements.

· Serve as the company's spokesperson and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and other stakeholders.

· Oversee crisis communication planning and response to protect the company's reputation during emergencies or challenging situations.

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to identify opportunities for proactive communication strategies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.

· Provide strategic communication counsel to senior leadership and support internal communications efforts to engage employees and build a strong corporate culture.

· Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and continuously improve strategies based on feedback and data insights.

Experience:

· Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Corporate Communications, preferably in the Airports industry.

· Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.

· Proven experience in crisis communication and issues management.

· Strong network with media outlets and industry influencers.

 

Education Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

· Master's degree or MBA in Communications or related field preferred.

 

Certification Required:

· Professional certification in Public Relations or Corporate Communications is a plus.
