Job Description
Job Title : IT Sales & Lead Generation Executive
Job Type : Full-Time
Location : Ahmedabad (On-site)
Experience Required : 1 to 3 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Performance Incentives
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced IT Sales & Lead Generation Executive who can actively handle lead research, client outreach, CRM management, follow-ups, and software sales coordination for our software products and business solutions.
The candidate should have practical experience in B2B outreach, client communication, lead generation, and follow-up handling. This role is focused on generating business opportunities through consistent outreach and maintaining proper lead pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and collect business leads through Google, LinkedIn, JustDial, IndiaMART, business directories, and other online platforms
- Prepare and maintain lead databases in Excel and CRM software
- Perform cold calling and initial client outreach
- Handle WhatsApp, email, and telephonic follow-ups with potential clients
- Understand client requirements and explain company software solutions in a simple and professional manner
- Coordinate demos, meetings, and follow-up discussions with management
- Maintain proper lead status updates and follow-up records in CRM
- Generate and manage daily outreach activities and reports
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Support business growth activities for software products and custom software services
- Coordinate with internal technical team for client requirements and updates
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in IT/software sales or B2B sales
- Good understanding of lead generation and client handling
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Knowledge of CRM handling and Excel
- Ability to understand client business requirements
- Professional communication in Hindi and English (Gujarati preferred)
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in software sales, IT services sales, ERP/CRM sales, or B2B service sales
- Ability to independently manage lead pipelines and outreach activities
- Understanding of business operations and client requirements
- Candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple client conversations daily
