Lead - HR & Admn
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the Coal to Chemical business unit’s
operational needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts to support site operations, focusing on hiring skilled
professionals for mining, production, and administrative roles.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a harmonious work environment and addressing
grievances effectively.
• Oversee site-specific training and development programs, including vocational training
initiatives for local communities.
• Ensure efficient administration of site facilities, including housing, transportation, and
workplace infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the Site Head to align HR and administrative functions with the business
unit’s strategic priorities.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, fostering a culture of
inclusivity and performance.
• Monitor and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Implement health and safety protocols for employees, aligning with the site’s operational
standards.
• Support community development programs, including education, healthcare, and vocational
training, in line with Adani’s CSR initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience of 10–15 years in HR and administrative roles, preferably in large-scale
industrial or mining operations.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce management.
• Strong background in managing site-specific HR operations and administrative functions.
Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in HR Management or MBA with a specialization in HR (preferred).
Years & Type of Experience
• 10–15 years of experience in HR and administration, with a focus on site-based operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR functions in industrial or mining environments.
